Project Information Mr. Joy East pipe line Road,s Mr. Joy is a business man based out of Middle East; he is there at Middle East for more than 4 decades. He wanted to reduce the electricity bills when he is here at Thrissur, when is at Thrissur one or two ac’s will be on 24 hours but he is available in Thrissur only for 4 to 5 months in a year , in the other months we export the total production to KSEB.
